With over 35 years of international experience, Bernard is a trusted leader in the engineering world—renowned for his deep expertise in geotechnical engineering and his pivotal role in delivering major energy and infrastructure projects across the globe.
Throughout his career, Bernard has worked with top-tier consultancies such as ARUP and Peter Fraenkel & Partners, and led initiatives within power utility, ESBI. Most recently, Bernard held the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Asia-Pacific region at Mainstream Renewable Power, a global renewable energy developer. In this position, he oversaw a portfolio of onshore wind, solar PV and offshore wind projects across the region.
With a deep, practical understanding of offshore wind, Bernard has been instrumental in delivering two major UK projects. He developed the geotechnical investigation strategy and led the engineering that supported the consent for the 450 MW Neart na Gaoithe offshore wind farm in Scotland as well as the 1.2 GW Hornea 1 project - one of the world’s largest offshore wind projects, located off the coast of England.
At Anber, Bernard brings his wealth of technical and strategic insight to his dual role as Chief Engineer and Geotechnical Engineering Specialist—overseeing, reviewing, and approving all engineering work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a diploma in Project Management and a master’s in Soil Mechanics and Engineering Seismology. A former Chairman of the Geotechnical Society of Ireland, Bernard has been recognised by leading engineering institutions for outstanding project achievements and award-winning design innovations.
With over 20 years of post-graduate experience, Tho is a highly accomplished Electrical Engineer with a strong track record in the delivery of large-scale electrical engineering projects across the globe. He holds a Master’s degree in Power Systems and brings deep technical expertise combined with proven leadership in both consultancy and contractor environments.
Tho’s career includes key roles at leading firms such as PECC2 (consultant), Comin Asia (EPC contractor), and Mainstream Renewable Power (a global renewable energy developer). His experience spans the full project lifecycle—from substation and transmission line design to construction supervision and commissioning—particularly for renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
At Mainstream Renewable Power, Tho specialised in the assessment of renewable energy grid connections, securing connection agreements, and optimising electrical designs during the development phase for both onshore and offshore wind and solar projects.
Tho oversees all electrical engineering activities, applying his deep technical knowledge and project management skills to deliver complex, high-performance energy infrastructure.
With over 17 years of post-graduate experience, Vu is a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in the design, analysis, and delivery of major infrastructure projects worldwide. He brings both technical excellence and proven leadership across consultancy, contractor, and developer roles.
Vu’s career includes pivotal positions with PECC2 (consultant) and Comin Asia (EPC contractor), where he led structural design, analysis, and construction supervision for complex civil works. At Mainstream Renewable Power (a global renewable energy developer), he was responsible for the feasibility assessment and concept design of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including wind and solar developments.
Vu oversees all aspects of civil and structural engineering, ensuring innovative, efficient, and practical solutions across a wide range of infrastructure and energy projects.
With a background in Oceanography and Civil Engineering, Cuc brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to infrastructure development.
Over more than six years at Mainstream Renewable Power, she has developed advanced tools and methodologies for the feasibility assessment and optimisation of roads, earthworks, and site layouts in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Cuc specialises in creating innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance project efficiency and accuracy. At Anber, she leads all GIS and data processing activities, delivering spatial analysis, digital tools, and geotechnical insights that support smart, sustainable engineering outcomes.
